Membership
Our Impact Starts with Our Members
In Rotary, we work with individuals who see a world where people like you come together and take action to create lasting change. In club meetings held in communities around the world, our members come together to strengthen their bonds with friends and neighbors and increase their commitment to improving lives.

Who Can Join?
We are looking for anyone who wants to contribute to their communities. Rotary clubs also welcome Rotaract members, Rotary Peace Fellows, and other members of the Rotary family.

How Can I Join?
Clubs accept new members through invitations. To help us find the right club for you, simply answer a few questions about your interests and yourself. We will share your answers with Rotary leaders in your community who will help match you with a club.

Rotaract and Interact Clubs
If you are between the ages of 12 and 18, you might consider joining an Interact club. If you are a young professional aged 18 or older, you may choose to join a Rotaract club. Like Rotary clubs, Rotaract and Interact clubs also offer their members opportunities to make friends, develop leadership skills, and create positive change. How Does Our Membership Process Work?
Express Your Interest
Tell us a bit about yourself and what you’re looking for in a club. We’ll find local clubs in your area and pass along your interest to them.

Our Club Members Will Contact You
A member of a Rotary or Rotaract club will reach out to you via email or phone to discuss your interest. You will be invited to attend a meeting, join a social event, or volunteer at a service project to get to know the club better.
The Club Invites You to Join
Once you and the club determine you’re a good fit for each other, you’ll receive an invitation to become a member. Each club welcomes new members differently; they may even arrange a special ceremony for you.

Welcome to the Club!
You can now enjoy being part of your new Rotary club. You can join a committee, lead a service project, organize a social event, and contribute to your club.
