Program Content

The RYLA program is a unique leadership experience organized locally by Rotary clubs and districts for participants aged 14-30. These events can take different formats depending on community needs:

- Participants learn essential leadership skills through a short, intensive program.  
- Participants take part in a retreat supported by various presentations and workshops, enhancing the leadership experience.  
- A camp setting provides comprehensive leadership training, supporting the holistic development of young people through activities and group work.

Events typically last 3-10 days and include presentations, activities, and workshops on a range of topics:

- Leadership and communication skills

- Teamwork and project management
